A request for a return of a product will only be authorized in the event that the item received does not correspond to the item initially ordered and within ten (10) days from receipt of the order. An exchange of product or refund will be processed. However, the returned product must be in its Original packaging and Not Opened in order to be entitled to exchange or reimbursement.
All other returns without the above reasons mentioned will not be permitted nor authorized.
If a product does not correspond to the item initially ordered, Wrebbit3Dpuzzle.com accepts to exchange the product received for the correct item initially ordered including the Shipping Fees, subject to authorization and policy stated above as well as a copy of delivery confirmation and Invoice from Wrebbit3Dpuzzle.com.
No exchange or refund will be applicable nor permitted if you have a claim for pieces that are either damaged, lost or missing. In such a case and considering our guaranty and free from defects policy, please see « Replacement, Lost or Missing Pieces».
How to return a Product for an exchange
If the item received does not correspond to the item initially ordered, please contact us so we may send you a Return Authorization. This Return Authorization will also provide details on method of return (messenger service being used for such purpose – such as UPS, FedEx or Canada Post (Priority).
Please include with your returned product, a copy of delivery confirmation and of your Invoice indicating the initial order. The correct item will be resent as an exchange without any Shipping Fees.
IMPORTANT NOTE : ONLY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM OUR Wrebbit3Dpuzzle.com SITE MAY BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. WE DOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OF AN ITEM / A PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS OR ONLINE SITES.

REPLACEMENT, LOST OR MISSING PIECES
After a careful examination of the red dot pieces (not forming part of your puzzle), Wrebbit Puzzles Inc. will send you any and all pieces that are damaged, lost or deemed missing. Please allow a delay varying from 2 to 4 weeks for the treatment of your request and receipt of replacement pieces.
